tired !!

got my tagboard back again! had some probs with it so i took it out. then qn was saying how lousy i am x_X. so i go set up a new one okie. :S so here it is.

just finished the horrible econs essay 2b. FINALLY. took a really long time to do it. since morning in the library i was doing the draft. then i got a bit confused so i had to refer to some super old book. i very xian3 qi4 the book can!! the egs are all like 1970s de. i exam sure die can. no time to finish. anyway. still left 3a and 3b before can meet mr lee for the next consultation session. aHHHhh.

had lunch at coro with jo, qiyuan and derrick. very funny! hahha. we were like laughing at derrick most of the time. i told jo and qy about the jiamei+derrick cheer. hahaha. and they were already very amused even though i didn't told them the complete cheer. :p

today was SO warm. around 6-7 hours in LT5 without aircon. its really horrible. CO was ok today. spent most of the time chatting with kahyan, audrey etc. talked about who's the shuai-est in CO. haha. was kind of shocked at some of the names mentioned. haha. DING-GE is the most shuai lor. XD

HOORAY. qiu ning and wanting confirm going to CO concert. (weihong, mitchell must go okie and buy tickets from me =P) thanks for being so supportive!! haha. not like my lousy laogong. laopo also dun want to support. :(

four more weeks

YAY! four more weeks to removing my braces. :)) it has really been a super super long period of time putting on those metal braces. the experience is really quite cool... =p when i first put on my braces, i couldn't imagine how my tiny teeth can move and close all the gaps (it was really a lot of gaps x_x ) and get aligned neatly. and finally its almost done!

many things happened during this 3.5 years...

1)took x-ray and found out that there's this little horizontal thing hidden in my upper gum. surprise! a hidden tooth. had to go and operate to remove it. ouch.

2)another finding from the x-ray. 2 milk teeth from the upper gum that didn't have any adult teeth above it. so i had to abstract them before putting braces. another painful experience.

3)during the 2nd year of wearing braces, have to wear this bite plate. it is to align my upper and lower teeth so that i can bite better. (didn't really know what it meant by 'bite better' initially but somehow i felt better after wearing that thing) super troublesome can!! have to remove it whenever i eat. wore it for 6-8 months if i didn't remember wrongly.

4)changed orthodonist during the 3rd year. AHHH! Dr Wong was super nice and gentle (most important). always warned me before doing any thing to my teeth. and asking me to rinse my mouth frequently. BUT came Dr Phan. Young and good-looking (really!!) Nice hair! but he's violent can! and he's extremely demanding towards the dental assistant. until it seems like no one dares to serve him (according to my sis). but he's quite nice to patients. just that he's not gentle at all. uses brutal force.

5)(think this should be the last...) having to enlarge some of my teeth. those super tiny ones cause its impossible to close all gaps. shall not elaborate on the process cause its chim.

hmmm. wonder how will it feel without braces. no more pain to endure (that's definitely!!) and i guess it will feel very empty. cause the 'extra layer' of thing will be removed from the teeth. BUT. there's still retainers. AHHH. something else to endure.

i hope there will be no more (or maybe lesser) dental visits. Though i won't get to see the shuai dr.phan and someone else (hehhe!!), but at least i won't have to rush from sch or elsewhere. i guess dr.phan will be happy... no need to wait for this patient who's always late for her dental appointments =P

CO

i was so tired yesterday!! cause of some last min changes, i had to go to nuh for cip. after that i had to rush back to sch for sectionals.

supposed to meet cherlynn, jo and mitch at NJ bus stop but in the end, only managed to meet mitch. and had to accompany him for lunch (so mafan!!). very funny can!! he was like super scared of jo lar... cause jo very fierce to him.. den when she called to ask where we are, den i said he still eating, den mitch heard it and he beat me so hard can!! and at nus cafeteria, mitch was asking me what drink i want cause he want to treat me. den i was like "ok, anything lor" and he said "bu yao lian" x_X pls lor. is he offer de...so MEAN CAN!!! horrible. and later we got lost in NUH. THANKS TO MITCH. he super zi zuo chong ming and he somemore said it was him who helped to find the correct place... LIKE REAL. -_-
as usual, at nuh got nothing really much to do. but i left the place quite late and was late for co. when i alighted at nj bus stop, i saw HIM! quite shocked cause it was really very qiao. i know if qiu ning sees this, she will say something very erxin. hahha. but used to it liao.

okie. yesterday sectionals was kind of boring. or should i say dreamy. today's sectionals was so much better. played canon and barney. hahha. SO NICE! and of course fun. i was totally engrossed in learning barney. and KAHYAN became my barney shifu! cause she's just so pro at the barney song.

very very tired. got so much things to complete. lots of GP stuff to do. 1 essay, 1 compre and 1 article each week. and many many stuff to read. *faints*
co practices getting more and more intensive. don't think i can manage my time. but i guess i have to.

last day of sch. YAY!

met gilbert lee for the first round of econs consultation. had the consultation in the rifle range. was kind of nervous initially. cause i really didn't want to re-do my essay... but in the end, i didn't have to. yay-ness! at first i thought i had a high chance of redoing cause zoee and wanting's intro was super good... so comparatively, mine is so lan! and in the end, he really say my intro v lousy but overall still ok. :)) during the consultation, the range lights went off for a couple of times. total darkness. so SCARY! the consultation dragged quite long as gilbert lee was like talking some crappy stuff... [about having to interview students before giving tuition.. etc. x_o]

was late for ms tan's farewell. when i reached there, jiamei told me that the performances were over. hai` didn't get to sing xbc after all the effort to learn the song (its really an achievement for me k!)... hmm, and heard that derrick + some others performance was great... and later when i asked derrick how come they so pro, and he said "of course" in that er xin tone again.

went dinner with CO pple to kap. it was crazy lar. kept screaming and laughing. we played the 'exothermic' trick on Joson. he so silly can - more silly than me :). he cannot blame anyone for being tricked, only can blame his own eagerness to try it out :p. it was super dangerous cause the sauce almost spilled on me *shakes head* the water game was very exciting (and of course scary too)! poor kahyan. had to do forfeit twice. but her bravery was COMMENDABLE! kahyan, don't think about it liao ok!

reached home super late.

yesterday was mothers' day...just wanted to say a very HAPPY MOTHERS' DAY to my dearest MUM.

the day before SYF

this is my first official post. this post is really special because tmr's SYF.
10 MAY 07 seemed really far away initially. and now its just tmr.
so nervous. and scared. less than 24 hours we will be there on stage. being touched by the music.
i'm sure we can do it. DEFINITELY.
hmm. after SYF , i will really miss many things about CO. intensive practices on weekdays, sunday, labour day, off-in-lieu
tiring sectionals with Mr Lee. scary dazu with Mr Wong and Mr Lum having to play so many times solo. having to go home so late and my poor dad have to wait >30mins at least 2 times a week. having to freeze at LT5 and playing the cello with trembling hands and sweaty palms.
meals after CO practices and gossip sessions with sections.
and MORE.

this have definitely been a fruitful journey.
